THIRD PARTY PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE FORM

Before any Third Party Photographic image(s) can be included on the Škoda Owners Club GB website, permission for the image(s) to be used has to be granted from all subjects. Where the photograph contains the image of persons under the age of 18, then permission for its use must be obtained from the subjects legal parent or guardian. Once this form has been completed and signed, then forward it to the web manager at the address in the club magazine.

Once the completed form is received, it will be reviewed by the web manager. If accepted, then you will be contacted via E-mail  and asked to submit the photograph(s) for inclusion. Any photographs or E-mails received without this authorisation document will be instantly deleted. Home
